How to apply


All self-funding students from the above countries will receive a guaranteed scholarship of £3,000 per year

All applicants will be automatically considered for these scholarships. NO additional scholarship application needed


All outstanding international students (e.g. 1st class, A grade) will receive a scholarship of £4,000 per year

Please note (for all applicants)

  • These scholarships will be awarded instead of the ‘Bangor International Scholarship’ and NOT in addition to them.
  • The Country Scholarship applies to students beginning their degree course in the 2019/20 academic year
  • Fully Sponsored Students will not be entitled to the Country Scholarship
  • The Country Scholarship are offered in the form of a reduction in tuition fee.
  • The scholarship is not open to UK/EU applicants (unless they are paying international fees)
